A woman so hysterical I couldn’t make out a name or any other info, followed my a man with an island accent saying he was the police and my daughter had been in an accident. I asked what her name was, he replied Shaniqua. When I said no, no, no, he ***g up on me. Called back and didn’t get an answer.

Text Message but this says it is a land line. Also just initially asked "Are you still in Illinois" , then when asked who this was... simply replied "You don't even save my number and that it was Mandy". No reply after I asked Mandy who? (I don't know anyone with that name.
