This number has been sending harassing / slanderous messages to others.

Rings the phone but then just ****s up.

In Virginia Did not answer call..ID just said Mississippi. Left no message.

Keep getting calls from this number on cell phone, they claim to be some funding company trying to sell me a loan.  I've asked them to stop calling and told the last person I talked to that my number was on the NDC list and she responded by yelling into the phone, "***ody Cares, ***ody Cares....."  So, I ***g up, now someone from that number calls everyday and I just blare music into the phone for a while.
