Keeps calling, no message. I refuse to pick up phone. But the incessant calls are getting on my nerves.

i got ta similar call as the user 'Paula from Sacramento' on this site. they called my cell phone but it was from 616-980-7365. they made it sound like they were from my debit card company and had the last 4 digits of my card. they said because  i'm a preferred user they were going to mail me a $120 gift card. then they tried to coax me into a program that s****ed out free but by the end of the call they were going to charge me $29.95 and said i had to call to cancel the program at the following number: 1-800-316-9561. when i said i wasn't interested they ***g up on me. according to the other users on the site they'll call back. next time i'll be sure not to pick up.(it turns out the 1 800 number is for 'discount saving plan' customer service.)

Called and when I answered he asked for my name. I said what do you want? He said is this "my name" I refused to say yes (as they often record the word yes and use it to say you ordered so****ing). We went back and forth about 5 times him askig for "my name" and me saying "what do you want". I offered to give my name when I khew what company he was from or why he was calling. He refused to tell me anything. Finally I told him to add me on his do not call list. He said I can't do that until I speak with "my name" and I said if you can't tell me what you are calling for then I will not say anything. He finally got IRATE and said I need to speak with "My name" and I said "What do you want?" He screamed I want your credit card nubmer and social security number!" and ***g up.

Calls but won't talk. Call back and get the Market research message. Has called multiple times and used the option to be removed from the call list.

Called 3 different times while i was at work. When you call back it says they were calling for market research purposes. When you call back it gives you the option to be removed from their calling list, but then the call is lost and they call back A***N later.

I got called by this number about 7 times this week.  I never answer, it never leaves a message.  I hate it!  How do we get rid of this??DO NOT ANSWER! DO NOT CALL BACK!!

This number called while my wife was home with a Super Bad Migrane. This was their mistake. When she haa a migrane she is a B..... I sure hope that they learned their lesson and don't try to call a***n.

I have been called everyday at least twice a day for the past couple of weeks. I'm tired of getting phone calls. The last call was just shy of 8:00 p.m.

These ****s just keep calling.  Even when you are rude to them they still keep calling.  They made it sound as if they were calling from my bank.  Had the last 4 numbers from my Debt Card, but had my mailing address wrong.  They said I need to put you on hold for a minute.  Well, during that minute they have a recorded sales pitch.  At the end they say, you will be charged $29.95 unless you call and cancel within 30 days.  What kind of **** is that?  They have called 4 times now each time I go off on them and tell them to remove me from their call list, told them I was going to report them, told them I would get a attorney after them if they take one cent out of my account.  They keep calling.  (You would think when someone talks to you crazy on the phone you would not want to call back for more punishment.  This is how ****** they are.)  The economy is bad enough without low-life trash trying to con our money out of us.  Here is the name and nunmber to call and cancel it, if anyone needs it:  SYNERGY  1-800-316-9561.  They haven't hit my bank account but if they do, I will seek legal****istance.

Epixtar has been calling for several weeks, finally took their call. Said that I was a valuable Wal-Mart customer, wanted to send me 25.00 if I joined their club. Wanted my credit card number, told them to stop calling, he became testy with me and ***g up.

Got a call on my cell the person was hard to underdatnd. I don't think he knew what he was doing because he repeted him self several times. All I could understand was so****ing about a Wal Mart $25 gift card he had my name & address but then I ***g up. Nothing is free.

Received call, man with accent asked for me by name, when I said, "This is she", he ***g up. I called the number back and pressed 1 to be removed from call list. Then auto-recorded message told me to enter the number that had called me, when I did, it stated that was not a valid number. WHAT???

Wants to give 'free gas card' for purchase made with a marketing partner. Sometimes (I've had this call several times over the last two weeks), says "call may be recorded". In one instance, I said I too was recording the call--the line went dead.

i have recieved 5 phone calls from epixtar today. and i get that many almost everyday. i normally don't answer because when i do no one responses. today however, i finally answered on the 5th call and told them to not call back and a***n no one responsed.so far i have not been charged anything but all these calls are harressment and if they continue i will file charges with the attorney general of my state.

They called me about receiving a free 25 dollar walmart gift card because i had purchased so****ing with a company that they work with. And they began to ask for confirmation of my address, and also the first four digits of my visa number.

I answered the call and could barely understand the caller who spoke with heavily accented English, (India or somewhere). Seems we had that in common because he had trouble hearing and understanding me. The conversation ended abruptly from his end. I have no idea who it was.

Since these calls are voiced by people from India, it is impossible to tell what they want---but what I want is for them to stop calling me!!

I answered the phone to an annoying message to call some number and press 1 for some **** I don't want and never asked for. These type of places shouldn't be able to have phone service to make calls from.

These folks called offering a wal-mart gift card and some sort of discount. Thickly accented woman. When I declined (even though they already had all sorts of info about me including CC#) the woman got nasty and said she was going to charge me $100 for wasting her time. I don't know what the scam is, but I'm already nervous.

This number has called my home several times and they will not leave a message. My daughter answered the home today and he told her that I had just made a walmart gift card purchase and they needed to verify the information. She knew that I was at work and refused to cooperate with him. He told her that it was very simple, all she had to do was say credit at the end of the call. She a***n told him NO and he said, I tried to call your mother and she is very busy today,she told me to call you for the information. my daughter refused and he ***g up on her! Somone needs to stop these annoying people!

They only asked verication on debit card no. The rest they had. I felt a little uneasy about it and Googled the complaints about Epixtar. Glad I did and I blocked the card

I just received a call from this number. It was a woman who claimed to be a telemarketer from WalMart. She told me about a discount card and a gift card while I absent mindedly said "mmhmm". Then when she asked to verify my address, and I could get a word in, I said "I'm not interested." Then she said "abnormal, abnormal, abnormal, abnormal" and ***g up!

I am soooooo sick of these a**hole calling me, and nothing beeing done im thinking about c****ing my number. They call at all time and any day even Sunday morning real early.  DON'T THEY HAVE A LIFE ????

This caller was phishing for credit card information by stating that we had recently made a credit card purchase at Wal-Mart and that for a $1.00 charge to that credit card we would get a subscription to some service that they are providing. They even said they had the last 4 digits of the card number and wanted us to verify it... Which we didn't. They are not affiliated with Wal-Mart. We checked. Beware of them. They are trying to scam people out of their credit dard information for purposes unknown. Don't give them any information.

Called to "thank me" for my recent Wal-Mart purchase - when I said I hadn't made a Wal-Mart purchase, the male caller rudely said "Oh, yes you did!" I explained that there are no Wal-Marts on Staten Island and he ***g up while I was speaking. I see online that they have a history of scamming for a $30 a month fee which is tacked on to local telephone service.

You may notice a previous complaint I filled yes****ay. I got another call from this number today. It Is Wal-Mart that is selling my information! to include my Credit card information!

I received a call from this number, a woman asked for me by name, when I asked who was calling the line went dead. I called the number back, there is an immediate explanation to press 1 to be removed from their calling list. Then you are directed to enter the number they called from, and your 10 digit phone number to be removed from their list. Case solved.

I had a call from this number on my cell phone. I called it back and it was a recording saying "we contacted you for direct marcketing purposes, please press 1 to be removed from our list" so it prompted me to enter the number I dialed to reach them and then enter the number that I wish to be removed. So I did so hope it works, I didn't think you could get sales calls on a cell phone...

I too had this number call me twice a day for three days in a row.  They always call while I'm at work (I can't have my phone in my office), but never leave a message.  I tried the reverse number lookup, but wasn't willing to pay to find out who it belonged to; and I just thought to Google the actual number today.  I also just ordered the Aqua Globes via the internet and then s****ed receiving calls from this number.  I too will write a letter to the Aqua Globes company to inform them of this harassment; it's just uacceptable.

Caller had foreign accent. Stated I was one of 10 people selected to receive 50% discount card on all Walmart purchases for the next year. Before he could go any further, told him if so****ing sounded too good to be true, it usually was and that I was not interested.

Had a call from 231-224-2009 on my cell phone today.  I have been on the do not call registry since it first s****ed.  The person (with middle-eastern accent) said that due to my recent "Walmart.com" purchase they were sending me a $25 gift card and a "Walmart Discount Card" which would provide me with 30% off all future purchases made at Walmart to try it "Free" for 30 days for $1 (how does that make sense?  Free for $1?)  Anyways, I told her I wasnt interested and she immediately ***g up.  Rude....

I got a call today from this number, it was a man with a middle-eastern accent. He had my tried to get me to confirm my address, but I refused. He promptly ***g up the phone. My wife had recently order tupper-ware lids that you just press down and it locks almost anything air-tight off of the T.V. I beleive this is how they got my information.       The most I can get from free number look-ups, this is a land-line from FREMONT MICHIGAN.

I just ordered the Aqua Globes last week, and have begun receiving calls from this number too. They have called 3 times now, but I have not answered it. I will certainly answer now, and be sure to tell them not to call a***n.Aqua Globes should be made aware of this situation, and I will be reporting the number to my wireless company. I am not at all happy about this!

Same thing here.  My wife just ordered those Aqua Globe plant watering things that she saw on TV.  Said she had to endue high pressure sales from the order taker on the phone trying to give her some membership in a shopping essentials program.  We are now getting the calls, Indian accent who slaughtered the*****unciation of my wife's name so I told them that no one by that name lives here.  Hope that's the end of it.

I too have received a number our calls from 231-224-2099. The caller ID reads GUARDIAN COMM. My wife answered the first time they called sometime around the end of April. After she said*****o, they said they would "call back at a better time". This was su****ious. A few days later they called back and asked her to take a survey of some kind. Fortunately she declined. Since that time they have called on May 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 based on our missed call list on caller ID. They called a***n today and I answered. I spoke to a man with a middleeastern accent. He said so****ing about a Walmart gift card. I asked that he take us off their calling list. I do not know how they got my name or number, but as someone else mentioned in this thread I did recently purchase one of those upside-down tomato plant ****ers (the Topsy-Turvey) and I seem to recall so****ing about Shopping Essentials. the calls stared sometime after that purchase.

They called twice today without leaving a message and I wouldn't answer not knowing who it was. When I checked my phone for all calls to see if I could find out who it was, my phone says it was a place called Guardian Comm. Googled that name to no avail. After reading the complaints here, I expect I will be getting more calls from them. Maybe if I don't answer every time, they will stop bothering me. I hope so.

I have never had the pleasure of speaking to anyone.  They do not leave a message and continue to call after following prompt to delete me from calling list.  Call last evening was a **** up call as soon as I answered.  I believe this is borderline harassment, and I would love the opportunity to speak to someone.  If anyone is taking the liberty to give out numbers, I hope they to are aware of the consequences.

I rec'd a call this afternoon in reference to a wal-mart card that my step***her had used and paid for, yet the caller tells me that there was a glitch in thier system and he did not have the actual card in his possession and they just wanted to verify info w/me in order to get it to him. The problem is the caller was very inappropriate in his conversation w/me. He was very illicit and graphic  about **** copulation, regular ***ual acts, and anything else you could imagine, if that is at all possible. I was too outdone and a bit on edge being that I was home alone and this person knew my address.
