Caller Id say Not In Service. Calls received several times a day. I now have them blocked.

Male caller with an accent said political research statistical, wanted to ask me questions. I asked how he got my number. I had to ask for each thing he said to be repeated because it was hard to make out because I don't think it made sense and the accent together made for weirdness, plus it was at almost 9pm. Then when I said ok go ahead (ask the political questions) he ***g up.

I say*****o,*****o, etc. and they just stay on the line and listen.The longer I talk and threaten to call the cops, the longer they stay on the line and listen to my voice. It's creepy!!

I'm on a Do Not Call List - this number called my house and then waiting just a few minutes and called a***n.

231-224-2033 has called me every other day since 2-18-2010. Doesn't realize that it's a answering ma****e and asks to speak to my youngest born son. I don't have kids! On the 22nd didn't leave a message.

This was a second call on 7/9/09, this arriving at 6:20 PM. This was also the FOURTH call from "Research Center" since 7/6/09. This time we picked up the phone, hit the mute ****on, then immediately placed the call "on hold". From now on, this is what we will do with "nuisance callers" - this will waste their time when they disturb us at home! Have also reported each of the 4 calls we received this week ot the National Do Not Call Registry as well as our state's Attorney General's Office. Hopefully, this will put a stop to this nonsense!

Called for the THIRD time this week at 5:46 PM. Interrupted an early dinner & time with family so we did not answer - NO MESSAGE was left. Caller ID showed that the call came from "Research Center".

Called for the second time this week at 7:48 PM. We did not answer phone as we did not recognize the phone number - Caller ID indicated that the call came from "Research Center", w***ver/whatever THEY are! We do not answer unsolicited phone calls & are on state & national no-do-call lists.

I get these kinds of calls all the time and did call them that I know of, want them to stop and on the DNC list, how to we stop this.

They hae called several times from several different numbers. I have told them I am not interested and have repeatedly asked them to remove my number as I am on the DNC list. Hasn't happened yet.

They literally called me 5 times yes****ay.  After answering the 1st time and telling them I was not at home, I let the ma****e get it every time after that thanks to caller ID.  One idiot went so far as to leave a message on my ma****e......Hello may I please speak with Miss So-and-So.......IDIOT IT IS A MA****E.  And their names are always David or Mary or John but I haven't heard one yet without an accent of some type.  LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Asked the caller not to call back and that I am legally asking her to remove my number and name from her list on 8/23/08. Called back 15 minutes later

Someone from this number keeps calling all day, doesn't leave a message, and I'm not answering it as I don't recognize the number or the caller id name. They never leave a message either.

Since we don't recognize the phone number we let it go to voicemail & they NEVER leave a message. I want them to stop calling! We're on the DNC list for the love of GOD

I took the call, and they asked me what age group I belonged to.  As soon as they found out they terminated the call.  I was able to ask why I was excluded before they ***g up but got no answer.

I did a *69 on this one since they asked for my son.  He hasn't lived with us in years and I told caller this after I was able to get a word in edge-wise.   His id was that of Mountain West Research.  Just weird that he called us to talk to my son.

Caller mispronounced our last name, asked for our daughter and wouldn't respond when asked for the nature of the call.We are already registered on the do not call list.  Googled Mountain West Research -- that was the name of the company they said they were calling for.  It's a marketing research company that also does political polls.

They have been calling me for the past week, 4 times a day. The latest they called was 9:30 PM. I never answer. I always look at my caller ID first, I even have my kids check the caller ID first.

They called every 10 minutes this evening on my finance's cell phone.  I finally answered. After 10-15 seconds of silence and saying*****O?? every few seconds I got a man named David.  I explained to him that he had called an unlisted cell phone (Eastern PA Number) that is registered on the do not call list and that we do not accept solicitation calls. He said he was from mountain research and that it was not a solicitation call. I said I don't care, we are on the do not call list. I demanded to know the name and direct telephone number of his supervisor.  He said he could not give out that information.  I then asked to the mailing address of the call center he was calling from and he would not give out that information either.  I told him to take our number off his list, and that if they called back my next phone call would be to the district attorney in Ludington Michigan to file harassment charges.With that he apologized and said our number would be taken off their list.  So far no more calls have come in from that number

Caller ID was Research Center. This outfit had called a lot & did not leave a message before I finally answered. Caller asked me to particpate in a survey on "commuting", an invitation which I politely declined. Just speculation, but this could very well be a local/state government survey to determine allocation of road tax dollars in my area.

I got 37 calls today from this number. The man was rude and said it was mandatory for me to answer his questions. Yes****ay they called 16 times and never said a word. They call over 10 times a day for the past 3 weeks

Got two calls from them today, one at 4:30pm while I was out and a***n at 8:55pm. Both times I was left a message from a woman with an Indian accent asking repeatedly to speak with "the male member of the household". Evidently she didn't know that she was talking to a ma****e-she said her name was "Heidi Perry." Thanks for this great site on scams!

I received a call from 231-224-2033, the Research Center, and I agreed to the survey...  It seemed like it was going to be a broad political survey however after several questions it locked into New Jersey's school system.

I get calls from this number every day.  No messages are ever left.

I don't answer any calls that I don't recognize the number.  They've left multiple ***ue messages referring to a case number.  They use my first name as well as my son's first name as if we are a couple... he doesn't even live in this state.  weird.
