Same here, but every time I answer they **** up.  Who ever you are stop calling.

Actually, the national DNC registry is for soliciting.  My company, and companies like my company, are not selling anything.  We are attempting to purchase your remaining annuity payments and legally are not bound by the DNC list.  We do however take our own DNC and DNM requests very seriously and all you have to do is call us and ask us to stop calling or mailing.

I just filed a complaint on this site about ten minutes a go. I triedcalling the 1-866-419-0183 To tell Seneca One To remove from their call list. I spoke with a woman and told her to remove me from their call list.She ***g up on me. I will now try calling them regularly to get then toremove my number. It is a telemarketer. 231-224-2044 is where this s****ed calling me.SSPG is the caller ID

I have just s****ed a new phone service. This number 231-224-2044Has called 5 times in less than two days. I get a message when I tried tocall back. It just says mail box full. Then ****s up on me.I will try the sugestion posted above and call 1-866-419-0183I hope they can stop this soon.

I urge people here to file an online complaint with the FTC about this caller. This what I wrote to the FTC:"I continue to get calls from 231-224-2044. Google the number and some of the responders say that it belongs to a company called SENECAONE. Coincidently, They were sending me paper mail at about the same rate and I stopped it. My brother who is deceased, **** ******x, used my address as an "in care of" **** ******x, which is me this s****ed the ball rolling with them. I did call their toll free 1 866 419 0182 and confront them about it and they deny any connection with that number, it's quite a coincidence isn't it. I hope this isn't too confusing. I put this information here instead of in the blocked form because I have no proof that it is them. And why do they **** up as soon as I answer. Please Google " SENECAONE 231-224-2044 ". < That was what I sent.

I wanted to leave the phone number to reach this company. it is 1 866 419 0182. or go to senecaone.com. i called the number the person was very nice and removed me, apparently someone in ******ia has my name with a different spelling and they've been trying to reach them for a huge annuity payment they recieved. they had 4 of my family members names and all of my information and none of the other person's. What a pain in the ****, but without this website they'd still be a nuisance.

This number has not called me personally but has called several of my family members looking for me. Including aunts and uncles from my step***hers side and aunts and uncles who have my mothers maiden name. It's really annoying to get family members calling me complaining about this. All i know is they are based out of michigan. And from the other comments are probably calling me because of a car accident i was in. I too called the number back and the message box was full. probably of people complaining. I wish the other commenter would have left the email address but im going to google the company. good luck to anyone else.

231-224-2044 keeps calling. Call back says "Mailbox is FULL." Never get anyone. No idea why they call.

If you are on your state's Do Not Call (DNC) list you should report this company to them. If you never sought their service they are in violation. Senecaone seeks lotto winners, recipients of settlements and want to offer you an annuity. I was personally receiving three calls a day from this company. I sent them a nice email reminding them that they are violating my state's DNC laws. I also reported to the state of Colorado as well. It is the only way we can fight these giant comapnies from harassing individuals like ourselves. Good Luck!

thanks to this site I was able to call the 866 number and have them [hopefully] remove my number from their database. like everyone else, they would call me 4 times days, and I answered TWICE and said "YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER, STOP CALLING ME!" it's so annoying and it needs to stop! my suggestion is to call 1-866-419-0183 and have them take your number out of their system.

I am also getting constant calls daily from this number.  They do not answer when you pick up the phone and they do not answer when you call them back..just get an answering ma****e that says the mailbox is full. They also do not ever leave a message when I am not here.Well duh! Quit calling me - this is getting ridiculous.  If you aren't going to answer don't call!  How RUDE!!!

I recieved a call from this number 3-4 times a day. I would call it back, the mailbox would be full and when I would answer, ***ody would respond. I called the 866-419-0183 number and they did a search on my home phone number. turns out, the previous owners of this house (not sure why they had my phone number since it was NEVER under thier name) were listed in thier database. The women said she was going to remove it! Hope this helps.

I have been getting calls for 2 weeks. When I got their toll free number off this site I have been calling them and ****ing up at least 30 times a day. It is awesome because the same person answers the phone everytime.

Same thing. They keep calling and calling. Must be completely automated. When I call back, I get a voicemail greeting, no name, then a beep.

I have been getting calls for about two weeks.  I finally answered and waited for the computer dialer to connect me.  It turned out to be a structured settlement clearing house.  Not sure how they got my number since I have no settlements to structure.
