Leave a CommentGot a call regarding how great my credit was and I needed to apply for THEIR credit card. I filed a complaint using the links on the National Do Not Call Registry.
Got the call on my cell phone, which is a number that very few people have. Same thing, horns in the back ground, "this is your captain s***king" etc. I just ***g up.
I got the call with horns going off in the background, did the survey seemed harmless, then I got a guy who asked what name I want on my boarding p***** I gave my name & phone number but now have a bad feeling. Has anyone ever got a call back from someone??? Is there any reason to worry?
I just received the call, called them back at 1-231-224-2054, and they said all represen***ives are currently****isting other customers. Then it said press 2 to be removed from the call list, so I did. It then said I will be removed from this companies call list, so if I get another call, I will post back.
The recording was talking about so****ing... I just kept on pressing different numbers and it would s**** up a***n. ***g up and reported it to the http://www.donotcall.gov
Seems like they are s****ing to annoy users in the 613 A.C. in Ca***a. This call has been coming up on my Caller id twice weekly for past 2 weeks. I won't bother to pick up. Thanks.
I couldn't understand the caller, but *69'd the call and got 231-224-2054. Thanks for posting the scam. I'm on a DNC registry - you'd have to be crazy to give out a credit card number to these idots!
I answered their survey, spoke to the operator at the end. Gave him a number for someone else to contact me within 72 hours to confirm tickets. He never asked for a credit card number.
"The Captain" strikes a***n!
Listen in at first, then ***g up. I don't trust anyone like this. However, I do know that you cannot just put your name on a list once. You have to do it every year or so.
Second call in the row on the DNC listed phone! Those people are scam!
Git a call from them this morning. "This is your captain speaking..." I ***g up, but plan on calling them and telling them personally that I am not interested about 100 times.
After survey, said you will not be asked for credit card, then asked for card #, when I paused justed for a seconded they ***g up.
did the survey and got to free tickets 3 weeks later in the mail for my cruise! Awesome!
Yup - same call - 2x in past week. I punched thru to talk to someone and told them they are in violation of Telemarketing Act. Girl ***g up. How to we report s*** like this?
Annoying calls disrupting on 2/23/2007. My phone # has been on the national and state Do Not Call lists since 2004 or 2005, so this company obviously does not care.
This number is a scam, just **** up. They're just trying to keep you on the line as long as possible. I called an orginization called Phone Busters, the recorded message said that they were aware of this "free cruise" call, and that answering wouldn't open up your phone to additional charges, but not to ever give your credit card #.
Got the call for the free tickets. I kept pressing the # key without listening to the survey until I had "successfully completed the survey" (bright bunch). When I got an operator I told her this was a company number and wanted it removed. When I was asked for the number I said "you called me so you must know what it is". I was told that the number would not be removed and was ***g up on.
They called our DNC-listed number today -- twice!I answered all of their "survey" questions with invalid answers. For example, for 1=rent/2=own/3=other, I answered 6, and it accepted it. Obviously, they aren't really interested in the answers.I ***g up before it switched me to someone to get my personal info.
DO NOT CALL A***N. I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR SURVEYS AND DO NOT WANT YOUR "FREE" TICKETS.
The recording told to press 1 to take their survey and enter to win two free cruise tickets. I completed the survey to enter into the give away. At the end of the survey they told that I will be contacted. I ***g up. Maybe if I'd stay longer on the line a real person would answer. Will see what happens.
