I got a call today but I never answer numbers I do not know so I have no idea who they were or what they wanted.  After reading about this number, I am so glad I only answer calls from family & friends.  If everyone did this, these idiots would stop calling.

I get these calls every 2-3 days regarding lowering credit interest rates. Calls make it sound like there is a great emergency for you to respond....or else!!  If you try to speak to someone about a do-not-call list...they either ****-up in your face or tell you to F--K Off. Operators responsable this form of harrassment are a blight on soceity and need to be shut down. May they all burn in*****!

yeah like some of them i got this call a couple times... except i dont answer the phone if it wakes me up. i work 3rd shift an sleep during the lunch hour. 231-224-2055 called me at 12:30 an woke me up, i almost picked it up to yell at them but when i got up to grab it they ***g up... i hate ppl who call me when i sleep but **** ups on the answer ma****e i hate more.

Recorded message from "Victory Research" with a survey.  No way to stop the recording and ask to be removed from call list...they just keep calling.  When I called back, same thing as message above.  It just says "connecting call", "transferring call", etc.  No response.  One more call and I'm contacting the attorney general.

I don't bother to pick up the phone. I've already received two calls from this phone number around the lunch hour. I'm on the DNC list. Why are they calling?

Just got a call said from a local office supply company. This is obviously a spam calling system and needs to be shut down.

I didn't even let these *******s say nothing, I picked up the phone (I was in the middle of Star Gate tv show when the number popped up) and said "**** IT MICHIGAN! QUIT CALLING ME!" and slammed the receiver down.Now I wonder if knowing the area code instantly from yes****ays Michigan caller mattered...I'll report them to the DoNotCall list but I doubt it'll make a difference.What's worse is they kick off the DSL connection every time they call (are they stealing MAH INTERNETS?!?!?!)!!!

Called about a credit card. I don't have any credit cards.I've never had a credit card. I don't believe in credit cards.This is obviously some phishing scheme.

called this morning for the first time.I didnt answer. Are they going to s**** callingme 20 times a day now from 30 different numbers?who gave them my number anyway?I reported them to attorney general.

Received call from 1-231-224-2055 said they were calling me about my credit card.  I don't have ANY credit cards.  I've added them to the block list on my phone.

Same thing- on my CELL phone no less- and my land lines and cells are on the national do not call list. I did some research- this company is in BIG hot water with the FCC- they've been shut down- and apparently moved.  Here's the link http://anti206.blo*****.com/

Just got the same call.  Recorded message.  Said it was from Customer Services, calling in regard to my current credit card account.  At which point I ***g up.  I really hate that people are calling my cell phone with this **** now.

Same thing - dead air on my personal line at my office! Nice.

Same number, twice today, once this morning and once just now @2:15pm Central time, both times it was dead air. I tried to call it back and got the same computer genned voice messages mentioned above

I just got called from this number and heard nothing but dead air. When I call it back I get a recorded message stating connecting call, transferring call and that ****. I finally ***g up

their toll free is 877-223-1931. they call from ***dreds of different numbers and its all a scam. call the toll free and give em back a piece of your mind. if its busy its because they are closed or not taking calls on that toll free number right now. i work for AT&T and i know how this all works. they can turn that toll free on and off when they want so if its off u get a busy network signal or a full mailbox. i am posting this on all the threads related to them on this site.

just got called on my cell phone. left message on voicemail. it is a recorded message from des moines city council member chris coleman going on about why i need to vote for so****ing. btw, des moines area code is 515. im super ****ed.

My experience is pretty much like everyone else's report...but I will add that these same scammers are also calling from 231-224-2050, with the caller I.D. from THAT number showing up as "TMIC".  I've received several calls from both today

My call was and has been the last three times regarding my auto warranty However upon asking for a supervisor the caller ****s up  "Chuck" is who it was this time.... I was able to call a police officer who is familiar with the number and the sales tactics.. The officer states that "freemont Mi." is NOT the location of the 231-224-**** phone number, even though it is presented that way in most website searches. He also****ures me that if it in fact were the location, the call center would have already been shut down, by him personally if possible..

Recorded message stated company named "Card Services".  Recording was concerning "Loan Interest Rates" for credit cards.  When I pressed the appropriate key on my telephone keypad to speak with someone, he would NOT divulge the name, address, and phone number of the company calling me.  Further, he got "nasty" and "defensive" when I told him that they were not supposed to be calling me since I've been on the Do-Not-Call Register for over 30 days.  Despite my calmness, he proceeded to tell me to "go F___ myself" and several other explatives.  I was stunned!  If I figure out how to contact the offending company, I'm going to "have his job" for his using his "gutter mouth" without provocation from me.  I used *69 to get the number and Internet research indicated it may be from a company called "CTC Marketing" in Michigan.
