I am getting calls from all over the country and one of the Numbers is the one listed on this forum. It shows up as "AUA" on my caller ID. It is very irritating, because I have an unlisted & unpublished number.

shows up on our caller ID called on Sept 5, 2007 at 1:00 PM PST.  no message

Similar to one of the entries above. Phone rang, no one was on the line. This is typical of automated systems; they wait for the person to say so****ing so they know someone's there, then s**** playing their sales recording. The one I got was for the auto warranty, which made me laugh because my car is 1994 Oldsmobile Achieva and HAS no warranty. Caller ID also identified the number as "T SIMS"

Received a voice mail with prompts from this number 231-224-2078 with name on caller ID T. Sims. Glad I found this site.

Male voice left a VM saying "*****o this is William. I guess I'll leave you a message. This is an att..." and it cut off. I****ume from the previous posts that he was going to say attorney.  What kind of scam is this???

why wont they stop CALLING ME... never home at time

I received a call from this number around 6pm CST. I was curious to find out who it was w/ a Michigan area code. An automated systems advises that you can not complete this call. Thank goodness for this website...now I see that I am not the only one.

Got a call from this number around noon. ***ody was home at that time. I saw the number on my call display. No name. I****ume that these are some ******* of some kind. I just added the number to the Person_to_Person call blocker produced by Privacy Corps. I use this device for about two years now. It eleiminates all these rats. They can ring my phone once.After I see their number and I do a search to find out about them, I ca***d them to the list with blocked numbers. I can have up to 175 numbers on the list. This device costs about 100 USD. But you get silence.

Called me this morning. 'Hi....this is William...I'm a rectuiter calling about..' Got f****ered and ***g up. Could be a recording or by the sounds of it a automated line checking phone number availability.

Called my phone saying someone entered my name at a kiosk in either Macy's, Wal-Mart, Target, and there were some other stores. They said my name was chosen to win a vacation. I laughed and ****ed up.Toronto

I am constantly receiving calls from this number on 3 of our lines at work, they say that you have been selected to go on a cruise or so****ing, and that because you have been selected it will only cost you... If you push any ****ons, it ****s up on ypu, and if you call it back it is busy! This is obnoxious.

Called at 12:16 pm. I was not home and they did not leave a message.

Called my works phone number saying we(? doesnt specify who) had won a vacation contest.

Called on my business fax #.  I did not pick up.  The number called is not listed.

Called me this morning, sounded like some stammering teenager. 'Hi....this is William...I'm calling about..(mispronounces words, gets embarrassed, ****s up. I pressed *69 and got this number.

Showed up on my caller ID as calling 4 times today already.  No message on the answering ma****e from them. Has anyone ever tried to call the number back?

When we answer it is some obnoxious recording -- I didn't listen to the whole thing, as soon as I realized it was a pre-recorded message I **** up.

Caller asked to speak to me by my first name.  He said he was an attorney and was going to leave me a message; then he ***g up.  Caller ID had the name T. Sims displayed.

when i answered, there was silence.  i sat there, was going to keep the call active and just not say anything and see what happened, but it disconnected after about 10 seconds and i never heard anything.

Auto warranty automated call.  Press 2 to speak to a live representative, then to be removed from the list press 3 but it automatically ****s up on you.
