I think this is a spam call .Everytime I answer they don't speak it is silent until I hear them **** up. Inget the same thing when 2312213831.

5087632395 I got a call from this number moments ago.  It was a female with a french sounding accent that did not reply when my husband said are you talking to me.  I googled the number and got here.  I also tried to call back that number and it was reported as disconnected.
