I received a text from this number

This was a phone call from a Fountain, MI, in regards to my Medicare Account of A and B. Person said Medicare wants to update my benefits. Asked for my I.D. # on my Medicare Card. She had my address but needed the I.D. #and my birthdate. I refused to give her any information. Kept telling me that this call was not a scam.
