Anonymous They pretend that they are the U.S. fraud investigators and they even change the officer to senior officer during the phone conversation. They know your phone number which is easily available online nowadays and they mentioned your old home address to pretend they are the U.S. federal investigators but they are fraud.

Anonymous I called back and they said they were Amazon customer service. I suspect a fraudulent business or individual.
