Not spam or robot- calls about classic calls

This is NOT a landline as I received a text from it saying "hi." Upon me telling them they have wrong #, they texted same thing an hour later from a different #. Definitey not a coincidence.

This phone number is owned by a scammer

Melanie First of all if you are being charged in a criminal matter they would never call you requesting you pay money, Fraud is a criminal offense not a  offense. Civil case is like if you owe a debt and don't pay it, civil offenses you cannot go to jail for. So that first of all should tell you right away it is fraud, if they claim you owe them money ask them to send it in writing. I have a similar situation but someone is calling two of my friends saying I owe them money, and I commited Fraud, they told my ex he had to pay them. They did it last year and now they are doing it a***n. Definatly report them, I am trained in the legal field, and also don't give them any information. and be careful who you are giving your information too.

MN Same here.  Calls and ****s up.  I don't live anywhere near the state or know anyone in the state where this number comes from (which is Michigan, btw).  It needs to stop!

D. Williams I also recevied the call from a Adam Smith cailming I owe Cash USA money and I ask him to email or mail me all of his information. He told me it was a***nst the law. I told him that it is not a***nst the law to send me information about a debt. He then asked me when I was going to pay and I told him I wasn't becasue I don't owe any money to anyone. So he ***g up and I never recieved my email.

I recently had a call from the same "Shirley Williams" from the "US Crime Division" who could barely speak English and her voice sounded robotic.  She claimed that she was going to have me and my wife arrested, I told her I was calling the FTC and not to call me a***n.  She ***g up on me several times and became even more threatening when I told her I was calling the FTC, she said "you watch and see".  I don't know how they ended up with my information but I can****ure anyone that get's a call from these idiots not to cooperate and certainly don't give them any information.

FL received a recorded call from 231-577-4638 (Cadillac, Mi)on Dec 24th at 2:22 p.m. eastern time from a Stacy Kaminski saying we won a lincoln Nav. and other prizes and to call 800-428-9083 immediately... this was time sensitive and Congrats!! Called the # and reached another recording saying all "directors" were busy w/other callers but to leave name and state I was calling from and a "Director" would get back to us ASAP. Never heard back!!
