To help with any confusion and frustration, I will tell you everything you need to know about this phone number and how to stop receiving calls from it.  I worked in phone sales for a number of years, so I know how to make things happen.The following phone number, (231) 732-2057, is from a third party call center in Michigan, representing Dish Network.  When this number calls you, it will s**** off by playing a short 20-30 second automated sales pitch, asking you to "Press 1" if you want to talk to a sales person.Pressing 1 and asking that sales person to remove you from their call list is completely pointless, as they won't comply.  I have been called on 9 seperate occasions from this number during the past month and I have been asked to be put on the DO NOT CALL list each time.  Everytime I say that, the representative gives me a very smug "ok" and then ****s up on me.  A few days later, I will receive another call.TO STOP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, DO THE FOLLOWING...1) Call 1-(800)-333-3474: This is Dish Network's Customer Service Center2) Ask for the representative's name and operator ID (write it down)3) Ask that representative to speak to a supervisor4) Ask for the supervisor's name and operator ID (write it down)5) Ask to be removed from ALL calling lists, naming the MI Call Center individually6) After the phone conversation, go to the following link:http://www.dishnetwork.com/customerService/contactus/email/default.aspx7) Select the category of "Customer Service", fill in all of the required information (name, telephone #, etc) and be sure to address the e-mail to "DISPUTE RESOLUTION TEAM"8) In the e-mail, state that you have received numerous sales calls, asking to be removed from the calling list on each occasion, only to be ignored and constantly called a***n anyway.  State that you have recently talked to a customer service representative and their supervisor, leaving their names and operator IDs for proof.  Also, remind them that they are BREAKING THE LAW by not complying with your DO NOT CALL request and let them know that you are not afraid to take legal action if the calls keep repeating.I did this and I got a response within a few hours,****uring me that my phone number had been removed from ALL sales lists.  This was 3 weeks ago and I haven't received another call as of yet.Good luck.
