datacomm research(claims not)but I think they are still telefreaks.lib mgt inc.simon phelps,the list of the names they use is endless.its a fairly new scam and not a vey good one if you just use common sense.You cant talk it does no good.its a computer program and thier answers are based on what you say into the phone,if they hear what they want then a live person will come on.The real problem is people that dont use common sense keep this scam going.they think the call is real.follow threw and push the ****ons,try to talk to someone,etc.thats why they continue.there would be no scams but for the people who fall for it.if you dont know the number,dont answer it.

Got a call from "Simon". Says it is imperitive to call him back, whatever I don't even have a credit card. It's just BS.

One of the few telemarketers that actually leaves a message.  Very faint at that.  If you have caller ID, why would you even pick up this call?

This ******** calls my cell number on a regular basis.  I would sure love to find out who this clown is and where he lives.

I get called at least 2 to 3 times a week from this number.  Usually it is some guy saying that it is imperative that I call him about my increasing credit card debt.  Today the message c****ed to this:"You now qualify for our debt reduction allowance program, so press 1 to speak to an agent"  it then repeats and ****s up

Same message that everybody is getting. "Imperative to call me" and it is a scam since the message about over due balances and how they can reduce my minimum payments doesn't apply to me. I feel badly for those who do get this call thinking they can get help.

keep getting calls for the past 3 months,and no one leaves a message, only on my cell phone.........never my home phone......ugh!!!!!!!!!!!

This is getting very frustrating... I keep getting calls at least twice a day from that ****** number... they always leave a recorded message... f*** them!

These people never leave a message. I Googled it to see who it might be from.

I get a call from 231-732-2414 on a near daily basis. Typically about credit card debt and rising minimum payments. I have never owned a credit card.

This number keeps calling me talking about interest rates for a credit card when I don't own a credit card. I would like these calls to stop

the calls from 231-732-2409, are also the same people/company who call from 231-732-2414.  They either say so****ing about "how to lower our interests on our credit cards" or "rising credit card debt, and imperitive that I call right away".  How do they get our cell phone numbers?  I just got my phone and they are calling with in a couple days.

Call came in at 8:53 pm pacific time yes****ay. This is a scammer telemarketer. We've had our phone number for two (2) days and they're calling? I don't think so. Caller ID showed 231-732-2409 as phone number.

Got a voice mail with no message other than, "A***n, it is IMPERATIVE that you call me. My number is 800-210-3613."  (emphasis in the original)

Called my cell phone at 4:01pm.  Left no message.
