I got a call that I was a preferred visa customer and I had won some free gas coupons.  that was all I needed to hear, I knew i was in for a scam and ***g up, went on line and there are so many websites listing this number as a scam.  But the thing I want to warn everyone about is that as I read through all the reports, some people were getting charges on their credit cards that were unauthorized, so LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS!!  they probably think that with the holidays you will overlook a little purchase here and there and be able to get away with charging you for so****ing you didnt actually buy.  but this is where you can get them!  you can report them to your state attorney general and they can go to jail for a long time!  also, go to https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx and report them, these calls are fraudulent, if you are on the national do not call list and they call you, they can get in a lot of trouble, fines, jail time etc but we have to report them.

I received several calls from this number today; they only let it ring once or twice then **** up and never leave a message. There is also a number in conjunction with them that has been reported to be a scam

about a package i have not ordered any package they have called me 3 times in the last 45 minutes

I have received 6 calls from this number in the past 6 hours. I called back the first time and a message picked up reporting to be a package confirmation center, but I have not made any orders, and neither am I expecting any packages.

called my cell phone and said they are sending me a free gas card and just need to pay shipping. Knew the last 4 digits of my card as well. Transfered me to another lady and she said I already agreed to this even though I didnt! Very fast talking scammers!!!

No name given on CallerId. Told me I was getting $120 in gas coupons for $2.95. Knew last four of my credit card. Refused to acknowledge I am on Federal and State Do Not Call Lists... Have filed complaint. Do not talk to these guys. They wil not answer questions and will be rude. Told them to shove the gas coupons and never call me a***n. Told me they would call me a***n soon. I am getting an air horn for the next call. Call me if you dare.....

Got a call from this number seven times!  I didn't answer because I was with friends.  They never left a message.

Seemed to be a telemarketer. Gave me the last 4 digits of a Visa that I had hotcarded because someone had gotten the number. Said I was en***led to a free $120 gas card for a charge of $2.95. Said I wasn't interested and he wanted to verify my address and then he ***g up. glad it was a discontinued card. No idea who it was.

Called twice - that's two more than I wanted.

Said she was Jennifer, told me she had my last 4 digits from a credit card and my non published blocked phone number, said I was a VIP customer and will be receiving 120.00 in gas voouchers which means she has my address. I asked her who she was and what company she responded 'I gave you my name its Jennifer and then proceeded to tell me why are u so upset, we are giving you so****ing?' I told her I was calling my bank and reporting the fraud. She also stated this was from a recent purchase... my guess is As seen on tv I recently purchased 2 different items and have since been getting calls from the 231 number and Clearwater FL. Be aware. I have reported to banks and the Federal government. These calls are quite frequent and after 9p.

I could not get to the phone intime; they ***g up. When I called back the recording said it was customer service and they wanted me to give them my phone number they had just called. She said that they were open from 9 to 5 EST and to give her a time to call back. I did not leave my number; it sounded like a scam.

Called me 3-4 times a day and would **** up as I answered. So I called the number back and got caught in a phone call loop. So I canlled back and c****ed the last digit of the phone number because I know companies get phone number allotments. (series of numbers) They called me back and tried to walk me into agreeing to purchase some discount service by twisting questions around to get me to answer yes to. When she tried to swap me to a verifier for my address I figured out what she was doing and told her I did not want the service and i repeated it several times. She just ***g up on me. I called back to the number I had phoned earlioer and repeated I did not want anything they were selling. This is a terrible way of trapping people into buying so****ing. And they tried to tell me they weere affiliated with my credit card and that I was a prefereed customer. I know my credit card company would not do this. This company needs stopped before someone who doesn't know anybetter ends up with charges on their credit card.

They continuously call! They accidently didn't **** up when they were sent to voicemail and I heard the whole telemarketing party in the background. After reading the comments below, I'm glad I rejected the call, but they just don't stop calling. At least 20 times per day.

This number calls me 6+ times a day every day now for 4 days. They don't leave a message. I called the number back from a different phone & and got a recording saying they are an order confirmation department, but they don't for whom. I have not ordered anything! I wish they would STOP CALLING.

Claimed to be VISTA and was asking for personal info claiming a won a free gas card. Has scam written all over it.

They called and said i won $$$$$ gas cards... but had to verify my name and address......HELL NO. Then a a verifying superviosr (whatever she is) gets on the phone. What me to verify name and address... What part of***** NO do you not understand. QUIT CALLING! ! !

same here - the men said I won $120 and they'll charge 2.99 for delivery. Then they will charge me 29.99 each month if I will not cancel. When I told him to cancel right now - he said sarcastically - too late the mail was sent out, and **** up on me.

These people are so **** rude!! I asked to talk to the supervisor because I was tired of them calling me, the ****** a** on the other line wouldn't give me one and s****ed raising her voice. We battled it out for awhile until I demanded that they never call me a***n and to get rid of my information. She said that she WILL be calling me back and then ***g up on me. They said that I purchased so****ing but couldn't even tell me what I purchased but knew the last four of my debit card. She was rude, tried to over-talk me and a B***H!!! I called my cell phone company and had the phone number blocked...that will fix her a**!!

It is an AIR HORN from Walmart..Pick UP the call and **** the AIR HORN until their ear drums bleed...It worked!!!! Have FUN with IT!! I received a call from these ****s. They say they are from Vista Communications and offered me a 'free" gas card. i interrupted her and told her that I was on the national Do-not-call registry. She informed me that i had to resubmit my number EVERY 6 MONTHS. I told her bullsh*t - it's once very 5 years. then she said that i wasn't on HER D-N-C list...I asked her which a** she pulled that list from, 'cus I'd better be on it. The call ended when I told her I was in the middle of filling out a complain to my state's Attorney General.

These people have called me at least 10 times a day for the last 5 days.  I have repeatedly told them to quit calling.  I need to know how to report them so they stop calling.  Any suggestions.

vista services (Elizabeth)called my cell # with the last 4 of a chase visa saying I had won a 120.00 gas card, ***g up, after threat to local DA

Got a call from this number for the 3rd time today. I finally asked him what company he is with and he said, "Customer Service." I said, what's the name of your company? He ***g up on me. The scary thing is he quoted the last 4 digits of my Visa debit card. Does anyone know what we can do to stop this "company" scam?

This is a scam. These people have harvested information off of sites where you purchased items on the internet. They have the last four digits of your credit card and want you to give them the rest of the numbers. DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!!!

They did not give me the name of their company but wanted to confirm a delivery. This is OBVIOUSLY a phishing company and they need to be stopped.

Have recieved about 50 calls from this number, finally answered the call today. They are visa services and are offering 120.00 free gas cards with a one time charge of 2.90 to ship the gas card. They also want you to try their "new" savings program for travel, entertainment and other stores such as Home Depot, free for 30 days and then at 29.95 a month from there on out. They only have the last 4 of the card because these are available thru company lists that are sold and traded between almost every company in the world. The woman I got was really very nice, but still pushy. I finally told her my account is overdrawn and I have no money so thank you for the call but I can't do this right now, and she ***g up

This number comes up on my caller id as 'Customer Service'. First of all, no company will put customer service as their call back ID only. It should list a company.I was su****ious and have not answered.  They call several times a day.  Thank you for the information contained here. Next time they call, I am going to let them have it.I am on the 'DO NOT CALL' list and I am getting calls up to 10pm Sunday night from these people.

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME TODAY CLAIMING THEY WERE CALLING ABOUT MY VISA CREDIT CARD AND THAT SINCE I WAS A GOOD CUSTOMER I QUALIFIED FOR A YEARS WORTH OF FREE GAS VOUCHERS.  I ASKED THEM WHICH VISA THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY GAVE ME THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY DEBIT CARD.  I TOLD THEM NO , ***G UP AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY BANK TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD AND GET A NEW ONE. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT AN APPROVED OFFER BY THEM AND TOOK THE INFO OF THE CALLER FROM ME.

They wanted me to sign up for some reward coupon program since I bought so****ing with my credit card and offered $120 in gas coupons.  But they wanted to hand my off to some other person to verify my information, which I've been told is a common scam tactic.

They have been calling me for 2 days I dont know where they get the numbers but I wish I could meet one of them I have so****ing for them!

Called several times with message my order is on its way and this will in no way delay delivery and that this was a courtesy call.  I never ordered anything. What more can I do about this? How can I report this number besides here. What about the attorney general of n.y. state?
