anonymous This is likely a SCAM caller. The number, 230-243-9482, belongs to a florist in Naples, Florida. A florist in Naples has no reason to be randomly calling tons of people. In May, 2014, the same thing occurred. The phone number of a florist, Matlacha Isle Flowers, in Cape C****, Florida was showing up in many peoples' caller ID's. The phone number for Matlacha Isle Flowers was: 239-243-9481. However, the Matlacha Isle Flowers phone number had been hi-jacked by scammers to trick the householder into picking up the phone. The BBB warned about this SCAM quite some time ago.......the use of regular phone number in the caller ID to fool people into thinking the call was normal and to pick up the phone. Don't fall for it. If you s**** to see a lot of "normal" calls in your caller ID.......like florists, day care centers, small family businesses in tampa florida, "wrong" numbers from elderly people in mobile home parks, etc..... (the calls look normal........but so many of them see odd given that you never saw this kind of thing before with your phone history)..........chances are you have a SPAMMER on the other end of the phone. I feel very badly for all the businesses and individuals who are having their phone numbers hi-jacked (s****ed) by unethical and imm**** people.

Many people are receiving calls from this number with no messages. It seems very strange that a florist in cape c**** is randomly calling people's phones and leaving no messages. I will feel very badly for Matlacha Isle Flowers if someone has s****ed their number.

Some just call me & say if I speak English & I say no & he say some one spanish speaking will call me back & I dial back to this # & after 20 sec was disconnected. What the***** they thinking, why they bother people so much.

Caller identified himself as "Anthony" and requested that I return his call to 866-205-5296 which is RESURGENT CAPTIAL SERVICES - a collection agency for HSBC and a host of other creditors, that does less than fly above the radar or laws.  They are a totally arrogant bunch.  This was a new one on me today though!  Best word of advice is just don't answer calls you do not recognize.  Search the web on RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES and you will find a variety of lawsuits and actions a***nst them concerning their practices.
