Doofus They called my CELLPHONE! Said debit card blocked and that I could press 1 for more details.

A. Knight I was referred to this number from another number located in Washington, D.C. (202-506-1967) and was told that I had been selected to receive a Government Loyalty Grant in the amount of $9,000. They then informed me that in order to receive this money I had to send them $290 through Western Union to confirm my iden***y. Of course my su****ions of a scam were then confirmed which compelled me to ask why it had to be $290 and not just $1 if all it was doing is confirming my iden***y and I was getting it back anyway along with the $9,000. They had no answer so they ***g up.

Not sure why someone is calling me from this number, I have no idea who it is, but they have called before.
