Anonymous this number was used by a woman named Celia Miller supposedly from the LA Area. She used this number to redirect communication to telegrpah app then s****ed to scam me to invest 10,000 into her upbit.com cyrpto currency scam. Once i tried to get my funds i was told i had to pay even more money 5000 to get my money back. then shut down her contact

I got a missed call from this number this morning, and looked it up. It belonged to an R. Collon, who died 7 years ago. No voicemail left. I get a lot of such calls, mostly s****ed numbers, sometimes they belong to people who discontinued them. I expect they are all scammers. I just block any caller not in my contacts.
