This guy has been calling my friend constantly. All he does is breathe heavily and make grunting noises. I know he lives in Fort Myers, FL and I have the coordinates from where he last called. It's a landline so it has to be from his house.If anyone knows who this is, please tell me so we can get this settled. We've asked him more than once to stop.
