Tammy I have no idea who this actually is. My AT&T spam filter identified it immediately as spam and Been Verified lists the name of Magic Jack Cust., which I believe means that the person that called me from this number is using a Magic Jack device to make the calls. While I didn't speak to this person and don't know why they called, my spam filter has never been wrong yet.

Smart citizen Claiming it’s from the IRS who will dispatch local “COPS” to arrest me for failing to pay my taxes. Local cops? As if the IRS would use a bad robot/computer generated voice to threaten me. I didn’t recognize the number so I sent it to voicemail. Please don’t fall for the scam. IRS would send you certified mail if it were true.

Tried to get me to cash a check for "her". Don't trust this number!!!
