Rex Phillips has a little girl back in Missouri that he ***hered in 2008 and he doesn't spend time with her because his current wife tells him not to and so she actually punishes an innocent little girl by withholding her Daddy from her. So Karen can continue her perfect looking life. She did the same thing to get rid of Rex's oldest son Scotty. Karen is very mentally unstable and I can prove it. Rex needs to grow a pair and quit vein such a coward and just do what right by your child whether Karen like it or not. I mean come on...what good woman...who does that to an innocent child???
