Claim they are collections but give false loan information

Caller says that he has "in his notes" so****ing that indicates we've spoken before about mortgages, and how he'd love to talk to me because w***ver he is, he has the lowest mortgage rates around. Number 1: I haven't spoken to anyone about my mortgage since I bought my place in the 1990s; number two: I don't even have a mortgage anymore.
