Some**** hat called demanding to speak with Paula. This man was probably sad, overweight, and tiny, with a goat-tee and too much gel on the sides of his hair. A***n, this is what I picture. I told him this was the sixth time I told his company PARC not to call here anymore. There is and has never been any Paula here. And he copped an at***ude. What an ****. Who would work for a company like this? A real low-life that's who.

Persistent calling, more than three times a day every day. It's stressing my Mother out and we have asked them repeatedly to stop calling our home and to please send everything in writing but they won't stop the phone calls. My family has asked to be notified in writing what debt they are even trying to collect and they still won't stop calling.

Around a month ago i s****ed receiving phone calls from this number. automated phone calls and then press one to talk to a rep.I called back the number and they are telling me that I owned 165 dls from a Hospital visit in 2002... i have never been in that hospital... suppously it was from an emergency visit which i never did.Told them that i have never received a "statment" or any kind of bill before. and they told me that they were going to send me a bill which it never happend... so is this a real company? or is just a company that is trying to get money out of you? the guy that i talked to was very rude when i explained that i have never been at that hospital... but weird thing is that they have my last 4 digits of my ssn and my dob...what can i do??????

I received a phone call from this company at 8:30am and when asked what type of company this was, the woman wanted my name due to they were looking for my husband.  I told her I was not going to give her any information unless she told me hers.  She said, well I will call back when your husband is home and ***g up on me.  I called the number back and told her I am on a Not Call List and she said she was not a telemarket company and still would not tell me the nature of the call and she had a nasty at***ude.  Not a good way to s**** the morning.

I got a call from this number, I do not have caller ID so I checked by dialing *69 which costs me 75 cents.  When they call they do not speak at all and there is silence zone after that when I found out their number I called them and somebody with extremely poor English talked to me. They are from premium****et recovery and could not provide any information but wanted all of my information which I did not give.  When I asked probing questions they just ***g up.I am going to report this to FCC and my local Senate/Congressman.I have little kids at home and daily we get missed calls like this, I am at work and my wife was very much worried and she just keeps our younger kid with her all the time because she is afraid that somebody is wat****g and calling us.This company should be charged with crime by federal and state authorities.

Can these calls be stopped from this #

How can I stop these phone calls.  I get them sometimes twicw a day?

I am recieving calls daily from this number on my home phone.  No idea what they are calling for.

debt collector out of Maryland

Generally, the TCPA does not apply to debt collectors making collection calls to debtors. However, if you are subjected to calls from a debt collector and you are not the debtor, you may file a lawsuit a***nst the debt collector under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the TCPA.This right was recently recognized by Judge Legrome D. Davis in a case called Watson v. NCO Group, Inc.  NCO Group is a debt collector that uses automated prerecorded collection calls.  In this case, Mr. Watson alleged he was getting ***dreds of calls from NCO Group after he got a new phone number. Mr. Watson claimed he owed no debt to NCO Group, Inc.  Mr. Watson filed suit under both the FDCPA and TCPA.David Israel, defense lawyer for NCO, argued that the TCPA should not apply to debt collectors.  Judge Davis rejected the argument made by David Israel. The judge ruled that Mr. Watson had a right to sue NCO Group Inc under the TCPA for $500 for each call.  Judge Davis wrote;[The] Court is convinced that a non-debtor's rights are in fact violated when he is subjected to repeated annoying and abusive debt collection calls that he remains powerless to stop.Judge Davis' ruling was based upon his interpretation that collection calls to non-debtors violate the privacy rights provided by the TCPA.  So what can you do if you receive "wrong number" calls from debt collectors? 1. I get this company calling me asking for Tammy Murphy. I don't know who this person is and don't care, but for some reason they keep calling even after I got ahold of someone once and told them that that person doesn't leave here and doesn't have this # as their #. And yet they still call. Sometimes it's just a # in caller ID, other times it's a recorded message at a rare moment that I've picked up without looking at caller ID I get a live person. Wished phone company would do so****ing about their persistant calls.

I have received this call several times in the past weeks and when I answer no one responds. My roommate answered once and she said they s****ed to giggle. Obviously these are people that have nothing better to do but call people at random hours of the day. I decided to look this number up today, because they just called me at 2:46 pm eastern time.  This time I answered with the mute on to see if I could trick them into saying so****ing. We were on the phone in silence for about a minute. Then they ***g up. SOMEONE PLEASE REPORT THEM!! It's getting annoying!

This number keeps calling me and there's no one online. I tried calling back but kept getting either a busy signal or a disconnect.I don't know what they are up to, but obviously, it is no decent business. Plus we're on the don't call list.

Just get a whistle and speak at a low tone telling the person on the other end that you are sick and lost your voice and ask them to turn up their volume and then use the whistle on them and then **** up.  Just don’t call them and do that because I don’t know what the laws are. Maybe after the LOW-LIFE get aN injured ear drum then they will stop. 2 months ago I moved and have a new phone number and today is the third call and they don’t know me.  Tip….  Go buy stock in hearing aids.

don't know who it is...called for first time tonight..some confusing info above, one says telemarketer and one says collection agency...who is this?  I don't need another one of these calls, if you all know what I mean!

PARC i do believe is a Collection Agency as mentioned above, but keep in mind if you dont speak to these people they will become a strong bother to your life. They are persistant and are now calling my house atleast 3 times a day from early hours to late....   My fiance owes a small bill i believe,and these people will not let up."EXTREMELY PERSISTANT" PARC  1-240-210-7089           < ---- AS SHOWN ON CALLER IDive asked them to remove this house from the list,they said ok and called back the next day... They call many times for unknown reasons... very disruptive and time consuming on my work day.

This number calls me every 5 minutes every day!!! There is no answer on the other end no matter how many times I say "hello" Very frustrating!!!

I receive calls from this number sometimes 2 -3 times in a day. It provides a caller ID name of TELMKTSALESGW. Whenever I answer phone to attempt to tell this caller to stop calling, there is never an answer, no matter how long I wait. It's extremely annoying and bothersome.

they called me about a old hospital bill that was charged to me by mistake. this is not the first time they have called me, they called me over 2 yrs ago about the same bill. i settled that then and now recently they have called a***n, i told them that was settled and billed to me by mistake and i wasnt paying them anything. they told me that they would update my credit report every day. very rude, so i got rude too.  what can i do about this? when is this considered harra*****t?

Same thing here, numerous calls to my Cell Phone, I am on the DNC list, and I will be reporting these ****S, I hope they ENJOY the 10.000.00 fine they get.

Just got a call from this number.  Never answer, but have been ****arded with these type of call lately.  Also get calls from (310) 599-9108 and (231) 732-2337 almost daily.

I got two calls in this month, the other was from number 240-210-7092.  I live in Rochester, NY

I got this call twice now, once a week, wakes me up in the early AM when I have severe insomnia. Ruined two days for me. I am so **** angry about it. ***ODY in my household even owns a car, and I live in Victoria BC Ca***a. GRRR!

I received the same phone call. The name of the company is supposedly GW Insurance and they are based out of *****chusetts.  I live in San Diego, and these *******s called me at 7am on a Sa****ay.  When you get an agent, immediately ask for a manager as I did.  Tell the manager you want opted out and they will do so.  I would like to F*#$ this company for this, since I am on the National DNC list.  If anyone finds out anything else, please post.

recording saying that card warranty is expiring. Gives no option to opt out and just ****s up on you if you don't select 1 to speak with someone.

Yeah, I just received a call from this number regarding a warrantee. This isn't the first one. I've received others (same warrantee speil)over the past couple of weeks but from a different number. 310-485-8905...

Received not one, but two calls from them this morning at my office phone.  Interestingly, caller ID labeled them as TELMKTSALESGW.I've received similar calls at home for this "extended warranty", to a number that has been on the Do Not Call Registry since its inception.

recieved a call at 1:01 this afternoon on my work cell. I didn't answer because I haven't given out my work number. They didn't leave a message. when I called back, it was a recording saying it would be the most financially rewarding call I've ever made.

Just got a call from this number with a recording stating that my vehicle warranty is about to expire.
