I received a call saying my ex-wife was involved in a Civil Suite and was to contact the office of Civil Investigator Sheila Willks or(Brooks) {no muni****lity was named)and gave a case number. She was to contact immediately. Well I didn't understand the message at first and I thought she was suing me so I contacted my attorney the next morning. He said That this was highly irregular and very su****ious but call back and give them his number. The area code I did not recognize so I looked it up and here I am. I have called there 240-235-0635 but that's not the number on the caller ID that was 240-235-4192 I called them both and they are disconnected. Get a real job!

I recieved a VERY threatening call on a debt that I never even owed.  They obviously are a collection agency of some type, and bought some bad info...The person that called me was a "Special Investigator Shannon O'Hare".  Thanks for all the above info.  I'm calling that b***h back now and ask her where the sherriff is?

I received a call on my recorder saying a complaint has been filed with Court case # was also given . When I called this number it said Attorney Ga***ski. I spoke to A. B. and a M.S. who was very rude accused me falsely and  she was disgusting.I next spoke to male M. S.  he was kind but a***n I was careful not to give any information. All the same they are all CROOKS. I filed a complaint with the Police Department. He asked me to call a***n and get the company name spoke to Mr. F.He said you are being sued and was very rude. There is NO NAME of this company. Per Iden***y Theft 911 that has secured all my information and informed me this number is placed on alert in every STATE.No one works there it is a rolling number hence you will get a different person every time. I got a call today from a "Ronnie Freeman." He told me that I was named as a defendant for a civil law suit and that if I didn't cooperate I woudl face a hefty sentence in jail. He asked for my info and I refused and ***g up. He called me back 2 min later and told me I had now just ac***alated another offence because of that and if I would take care of the debt out of court he would forget about this new offence...unbelieveable. My daughter called me and told me that someone named ***ndon Callahan called her today, June 3, regarding her sister who lives in a totally different state.  He told her that he was a private investigator and had been paid by a someone to locate her sister as there was a complaint filed a***nst her in Maryland.  He had my name, my ex-husband's name, all my other children's names and other personal information.  My son in law did some quick research and discovered that the phone number 240-235-0635 was connected to a collection agency and found your web site which he passed on to me.  The man made it sound like my youngest was being charged for a criminal act of some kind.  My other daughter was terrified and refused to give him any information.  She immediately called me and was totally hysterical thinking that her sister was going to be arrested at any moment.  My oldest lives in North Carolina and my youngest in California.  This is really scary.  He had so much personal information about the family. These people are out there frightening innocent people.  Right now I'm really ticked off.

Called and said they were with the civil litigation department and that my son was going to be served by my county prosecutors and that he needed to return this call immediately as they would not be able to help him once he is arrested. My son is deceased since 12/22/2006

My wife recieved a call from 240.235.0635 today.  Was very upset as the caller identified himself to her by the name of Devon Barber,investigator and basically scared her to ***** saying that I ( her husband ) must call immediately or else.  Said there were gong to be criminal and civil law suitS filed a***nst me.  She calls me at work and we both then look up the number in google and found this blog.  I immediately called the number back ( set my phone on hide I.D. ) and proceeded to rip them a new one.  Cussed like a sailor and I called them everything in the book and of course the gentleman ( I use the term while gritting my teeth ) ***g up on me.  I meant to go along when he answered and asked for the****igned case number but I just blew.  After calming down I decided to call back.  I then got an answering ma****e (ladies voice ) sounding as if this was an attorneys office.  Couldn't help my self, I cussed up a storm a***n.  This all s****ed around 3 pm today.  I called back every 5 minutes or so and got the answering ma****e a***n.  Waited about 30 minutes and called back a***n and another person ( male ) answered and this time I decided to have fun.  I explained that I felt bad he was having trouble finding a real job and wondered how he felt if someone called his wife or daugther and scared them.  He ***G UP>>>>  How rude.  For the rest of afternoon I called this a** and just had fun with silly back and forth and about the time he would **** up I would say "gotta go" call you in five minutes.  I made around 20 of these calls and I must say I intend to pester them from here on out every chance I get.  I would suggest to any of you out there that have been called by these ****s to hide your phone number so it will not show on caller ID( private )and let's all call them until they c****e the number. Also report them to your local police. Just remember if in fact you owe someone who would sue you or if you did so****ing to get arrested for, then the folks you've offended wouldn't call you.  You would get certified mail, summons, or the policeman would come to your door or work.  Let's all get together and bug the **** out of them.  OOOPS..I'm getting mad a***n.  Really I would just love to get my hands on the **** that called my house and give him a little old fashion a** whippin'.  napleschuck

I was contacted by these people also -- who pressed me very hard and threatened both criminal and civil litigation if I did not make payment on same day.  I became convinced that so****ing was very wrong when they refused to give a their Maryland registration number.  After that a person who identified himself as Marcellus ***dley (I asked for his name) became extremely hostile with me and then ***g up on me. They identified their company as "Litigation Consulting Services" Big Red Flag on this.  I think they may be involved with iden***y theft as well as credit card fraud.  They collected as much information from us as possible before I figured out what was going on.
