I have received text messages from the phone number

My wife and son have been texting this number everyday since last year. Supposedly belongs to a 26 year old woman doing art work in Nigeria and has needed financial help to complete her "projects".

This is the callback number given by the telemarketer for one to use to reply for the US Federal Grant Department $9000 grant scam.

Received call  from this number.  Person said my last name in sort of ghoulish way and then ***g up.  I called them back and greeting gives inaudible company name ? Solutions followed by quick beep. Thinking about reporting them to police for harassment.
