Matt Baker has called me several times from this number also saying he's at extension 3014 and that I have a bad check claim with funds deposited into Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo signed an affidavit. I don't have an account with Wells Fargo. I also looked up Superior Mediation and NOTHING shows up. Is this a scam??

Called multiple times from Clinton, MD. Disconnected when I said*****o. These calls have a strange computerized noise that sounds like a blip. It may be someone trying to see if I am home or if my number is a working number. Do not answer if they call.

When I answer there is a long pause and ***ody answers as I am pretty annoyed when I answer, yet that doesn't seem to keep them from calling back. Need to file complaint as a pesky caller. and any other ****ods to get this outfit out of business.

Then Called back using this number 240-318-1466, 3 times without speaking. looking for a bad debt (Caller ID: Clinton NJ) Carrier: VERIZON MARYLAND, INC. - The person they were sear****g for had a very foreign East Indian name, clearly not the Caucasian they connected to. Sports Authority Illegal use of Predictive dialer - not reporting correct caller ID on their Dialogic cards - clear violation in the "Truth in Telemarketing" Law. Of course Sports Authority will blame the outsourced Call Center, but in fact if this is how they do business, call and **** up. WHY WOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH SPORTS AUTHORITY? 240-318-1466
