They said they knew me but I didn't have the number saved and they wouldn't give me a name.

1-240-448-1651 phone number name goes by Alexander Frederic who possibly works on a oil field. met on a dating website, which he asked for large amounts of money for legal fees in order to return to USA. Thinking he is a romance scammer.

This # is a scam. Claims to be the tax crime unit of IRS.

The recorded message claims they are an officer of the IRS with criminal warrant violations on me but thry don't say my name and I wasn't able to find any info on this so called officer. This is a scam
