myshele I've gotten several calls from them, finally answered and had pen/paper ready, take good notes blah, blah, blah...then they slip in the 1 time $999.00 fee....WTH everybody else was offered $799!?!(800notes.com)  said they could do the hardship thing, but didn't quote me any other price...told him (Niel Collins) that I wanted to check them out online...yeah, I won't be calling back.
