does anyone know who this is? i literally have nothing. They texted me and they knew my name which was creepy and i asked people around me and they dont know who it is so i dont know what else to do.

Mary wanted to get me to c****e electric companies. Wanted info. from my PEPCO bill so they could make the c****e without my approval.

Why do people want us to be afraid of answering our phones? People or fraudulent businesses calling from computers and concocting fraudulent schemes does not feed a good solid community nature but feeds disease promoting angst not good civil solidarity. More people are alone and lonely these days and this marketing or fraudulent behavior does not make people feel****ured and strong but makes them weak and unsure. This behavior will hurt the very people doing it by affecting those around them and their own minds by them knowing their actions. Does this seem right to you? Is this building the kind of world you want? Would your mother approve? You are affecting everyone’s mind and it is a shame and we should all stand up to it! Caller ID stated call came from Owings, Maryland.
