Anonymous I have received 6 calls from 240-956 with last 4 digits being 0003, 0014, 0012 (x2), 0008, 0006. Each time there is a 13 sec voicemail left that sounds like background noise. I continue to block each one as it comes in and yet a new one will come the next day. I am very concerned as I have an open case regarding a stalker and these are the tactics he used in the past.
