Portfoilo recovery they keep calling looking for person that had this number o matter how many times you tell them they just keep bugging you so now I just block block block

Who owns this phone?

This man called claiming to be Social Security and said my ss# was being canceled if I didn’t answer his questions.

They don’t leave a message. When call back the call is answered BUT no one speaks and you are kept on the line for 30 seconds and then the call is disconnected. The same thing happens from 240-***-0168. The same area of town.

Probably a s****ed number used as spam. This phone was identified as being from ***berland MD but the 240 area code Is not****igned to ***berland.
