Caller ID says "Royal Oak MI". Called and ***g up on voice system. Given the nature of other complaints, seems worthy of blocking.

Received back-to-back calls from this #. WAs a recording asking if I had thought about donating my car. Um, gee...NO! And if I did, I wouldn't do it based on a phone call. This is definitely a s****ed number; call would not go through when I called them back to wasted their time and money.
