How do they get supposedly unlisted numbers?

I rrceived a call from this number stating that they needed to talk to myself misty sweet, or my mom lori sweet, in regaurds to my sister amber. The man ststing to be investigator neil johnson (middle eastern accent) stated that he needed information on my sister amber because she had a payday loan which she didn't have. And they needed 250 or her social security number would be blacklisted. Total scam! Little did they know my sisiter is in law school.......

Same thing, call me about twice a day.  I am in Missouri.

Called several times, and left several messages on the answering ma****e of someone breathing. Creepy.
