Asked for my 80 YEAR OLD GRANDMA and then wouldnt ID themselves- "oh this is a courtasy call"- then they ***G UP on me!! I call back and get told "thanks for my donation... Last one they get! Hope all thier ****s shrivel and FALL OFF

ID'd herself as ****** cancer Society. Called three or four times in one hour so I finally picked up! Pushy and could not give me the address over the phone of where to send money, just wanted credit card over phone.

We get a lot of calls, sounds like the same man, trying to collect on a phony pledge....just refers to ****** cancer awareness, no name,s, official info, anything. SCAM!

I donate to and parti****te in many ****** cancer awareness drives etc. As a woman this is very important to me. However, as a fundraiser myself (for low-income seniors) I know that when a****ential donor says "slow the contact" or "please NO contact" you heed this. The people who request slow or no contact will probably never give. That's OK (saves money), but what's worse is if the charity doesn't honor the no contact request and the person who said "leave me alone" gets to talking with a friend at a party and well, you know how word spreads.Folks who own this 248-351-5662 phone pls, CUT IT OUT. Practice decency before I have to report you to the FCC. I hope you are representing reputiable ****** Cancer Awareness groups (Susan G Komen and the like). If so, I applaud you but pls contact me thru the other avenues I have already given and if you phone contact someone for a donation make sure you caller ID doesn't say "unknown"

This number comes up on my caller ID all the time. If I am home and answer the phone, no one answers, or asks for someone who does not live here. What can you do to STOP this aggravation. They call 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10 times a day, and that is no LIE. I am SICK of this and want to put a stop to it. This is not the only number they use. If you don't answer when they call from this number, they will call from another number. How do I know, because when they do say so****ing, I recognize the voice. Like I say, they don't want to talk to the person who answers, they ask for someone who doesn't even live here. What's up with that?

Caller ID shows this number - 248-351-5662 - and Southfield, MI. Where the heck IS Southfield, MI?  I don't answer when I see this number on caller ID.  Shows up about once or twice a week on my home phone.

They have called several times today.  when the answer ma****e picks up, it is a recording asking ME to leave a message after the tone and they are the one who called.

Constanly calls,leaves no message, I am on a DO-NOT Call list.

This number appears on my caller id several times per day.  They are calling to thank me for my dontation to the Navy Veterans, then to thank my for my donation to ****** Cancer Research.  Neither of which I have made donations to.

Sick of them calling all the time. I'm on the do not call list. I am handicapped and tired of paying Frontier communications just so I can get trash calls. Isn't there some way to find out who these people are?

I'm putting "telemarketer" because I am unsure as to whether they are talking about personal pledges for TV/radio stations, groups, non-profits, or campaigns. I called the number back and got a recorded "thank you for your pledge. This is just a reminder call to let you know you should be receiving a pledge packet in the mail soon. Thank you a***n for your support." and then an automated "please leave a message after the tone" where I gave them a piece of my mind and informed them of their status on this website. I doubt there's a way to get them to stop outside of filing a complaint with your local attorney general's office or your phone company. Wish I had a company, name, anything for you all!

This telephone number 1 248-351-5662 is a Company on behalf of people that gave pledges to the ****** Cancer society.  And the numerous **** up/ and silent calls result from a glitch in the system.  When people try to call the number back it says so****ing along the lines of this number is "not in service" etc.  Make sure when calling the number back put a 1 before the area code, and leave a  voice mail so they can contact you back and stop this "pain in the a** sor'tve thing from continuously happening!

calls s****ed last night and I recieved at least six since then.  Does anyone know who the h this is?

Call came in at 8:37 a.m. EST today. When I picked up, there was no one on the other end.  I tried redialing the number and got a Verizon Long Distance Operator, who suggested it may have been a computer-generated call, like a lot of companies and telemarketing services use.

5 calls today and it's barely 2:30pm.  S****ed about 3 hours ago and no one responds when I answer.
