Got a call from 248-498-3804, said I was randomly selected for one month free protection on my washer, dryer, furnance, fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc. etc. I told him I have not worked in over 3 years and I have stage 4 cancer (which is true). He said oh well you at least need the furnace protection plan for $12.50 a month. I said no, cannot afford it. He proceeded to ask for my name, address, and Consumers Energy account number. I laughed and said I thought you were from Consumers, you should have all of that info....and THEN HE ***G UP!
