Ruth If they are a legitimate Charity organization, they do not have to adhere to the Do Not Call list. That list is for business solicitors only, not charities. All you can do is ask them to not call a***n or don't answer the call.
left no message - called back and it said "number no longer in service - this is a message". I didn't **** up though and the line stayed connected. I'm guessing the message is so****ing the individuals put on the line and is not from the phone company.
