cc called back with another phone and it says this number has been disconnected and yet they called 3 times this week leaving no message

This is a collection agency by the name of Vesta Management Group, L.L.C. They also have many other legitimate DBA names registered with the State of Michigan. They are a medical billing, collection, and management service. The only complaint that I have with them is that they call a person several times, leaving messages, and never leave the last name of the person, or the reason for the call.
