Anonymous Asian lady with a Farmington, Michigan number called saying she was part of Ascension Via Christi billing Dept. asking me to verify my name, kids name, address and saying they didn’t have the guarantor or insurance policy number on file for our kid even though I know for a fact I just called the billing dept. at our hospital a month ago to go over our information and make sure it was billed correctly. I called our local hospital to verify before I gave her any insurance info and they said we don’t owe anything, there’s no open payments due, our insurance has already been billed. IT’S A SCAM!
