Rec'd a call - from a female and do not know this person or why they were calling

I finally answered one of these calls.  They've been coming every day.  He asked for my husband and said he had gotten our name as being interested in making money on the internet.   He said that his website is called: theyackisback.com and we should check it out.When I said that we weren't interested, and that we were on the do not call registry, he said they don't have a do not call registry where he is.I can't believe that we're the only ones reporting calls from him.
