It's a generic out going call number from the Vancouver Island Health Authority, not a specific local.

Unknown Caller. A woman said she was "an ordinary citizen" who saw our website and wondered if anyone could view our wares. Clearly su****ious to use such wording so I suspect she is a compe***or of our company. A google search suggests that the address is close by to us but that the information is not public. I can't imagine any compe***or who would not be public. So perhaps this is someone who works on behalf of a compe***or, like a secret shopper.
