I also get the calls from 250-708-3000. I have spoken to them and told them the person they want no longer has the phone number (it had been reassigned to me and I am not the man they want). Their answer...we can call as long and as often as we want. I got to the point that I c****ed my phone number...got me nowhere...I still get calls from them still asking for the same person. Too bad they didn't get the message that the person they want is not at the number they continue to call and they are harrassing the wrong person. If in the US the law would be on our side, but since the calls originate in BC it is much harder to stop.

When I told them there was a cease letter on file the girl just laughed and ***g up.  Not at all professional.  I wouldn't use this company for collections.  They can look forward to a big bill from my attorney if they don't heed the cease letter.

I have no delinquent debt with ANYONE (not even 1 day) and NO****ociations with Amex whatsoever (past or present), and this number continues to show up on my home and office line daily.  Interestingly my numbers are only a few digits apart and the higher number always rings a couple of minutes after the lower one leading me to believe they are being auto dialed by computer.  Also, the names on the 2 phone numbers are completely different.No messages are ever left.  I screen all calls as even though I'm on the DNC list, telemarketers persist and my time is too precious to waste on unsolicited nonsense.  If someone leaves me a message about a REAL issue, I will return it.Just be careful if you deal with these people and do NOT give any personal information to them without proper verification.

THEY ARE A collections company for amex.... chances are you didn't pay you bill in months and are a deadbeat; be a man - pick up the phone and talk to them- they won't be unreasonable if you explain why you are a deadbeat

This person called and I ***g up the phone. They called back 2 seconds later and I ***g up the phone a***n. They then called once a***n 2 seconds later and so on. I finally sent them to voicemail and they didnt leave a message and havent called back. Pain in the a**!!!

this compnay looks for last names of people they are trying to harass for credit card payment.caling me at my work place, must have googled my name and found it online

I keep getting calls at my work number!!!!  I have a recording of both the caller and his supervisor harrasing me and him saying he will call back every single day!!!!!   They are so rude!!!!!!  I asked numerous times for them not to call and they still do!!!  It is s****ing to affect my business!!!!!  I have spoken to the company I owe and we have a payment arrangment so why are they calling??????  When explaining this they were like you should have paid it earlier and never got in debt in the first place.  They had the audacity to come at me like that!!!!!!   So I ***g up!!!!!!  They don't know me or my situation!!!!! It's a good thing I believe in God and am a kind spirited person!!!!!

calls constantly; name Jamie Huber and Chandra...very nasty and calls places of employment. Have identified as Nationwide Credit Inc., Ca***a based company originally, bought out and now hq is in Kennesaw, GA. Number still comes up British Columbia. They do not identify the creditor and may be threatening at times. Refer to Fair Credit Act re: harassment and file complaint
