Caller took a few seconds to come on the line...auto dialed me. Said so****ing about VA loans. Told him we weren't interested. He got ****y when I told him not to call back. He ended up ****ing up on me. A true professional wouldn't. Call the local number back and guess what, it's not a good number. Imagine that.

FYI - it's Debt Settlement OF America - chances are you filled out an on-line survey, and answered a few questions.  Your name(with contact info) is then sold to any company offering any of the services they questioned you about - hence the consolidation, loan and settlement calls.  Doesn't matter if your on the do not call list, you (or someone posing as you) put your personal information on the submission...they can't cold call.   They have 90 days because YOU REQUESTED info -yeah, unfortunately it's all in the fine print... Don't fill out any surveys if you don't want them selling your contact info -
