We received the same message - that our debit card had been deactivated. To reactivate, contact 251-272-1700. I contacted our bank and all is fine with our accounts and debit cards. This is fraudulent and someone is trying to ***n access to our personal information.

A couple days I heard about a scam involving receiving text messages and calling the number back and you give them your debit card information and then you get scammed. I just received a text from 3617 saying the following: New Horizons Credit Union Alert: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 251-272-1700 to REACTIVATE your CARD.That is exactly how the message read. It is an attempt to retrieve my personal information for fraudulent purposes. I just tried calling New Horizon but there office is closed. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE REQUESTING IT... EVER!!
