A lady called me from this number and said she was working for the federal government

Called and asked who I was and hesitated when I asked who she was trying to reach as well as not giving me her name. She finally said her name was Steph, and when asked who she was trying to reach she never responded until I told her my name

Called and left no message.

I entered Publishers Clearing House online thats when all these random numbers began calling me day and night. Very annoying.
