Said his name was Dale and that he does a phone ministry where he shares devotionals from the Bible with people. He shared a few verses from Psalms and then his thoughts about the Psalms and told me to have a blessed day. Very weird phone call but didn't seem like a scammer.

The call was in regards to a complaint being filed a***nst you (w***ver??) and should be prepared to present proper ID upon receiving do***entation. Receive calls from this number on my landline and cell phone. Phone is always busy when I attempt to call. Caller will not identify themselves. Says they have received a claim a***nst an individual they are trying to contact. I have told them numerous times I am not the individual they are trying to reach but still they call. I need to know who is calling so I can promptly file a harassment suit.

I received a call from this number and the caller id said it was Jean Mitchell and the voice mail they left is nothing but a garble of Spanish. Have no clue who Jean Mitchell is
