Anonymous Number is trying to extort me with made up chats messages and inappropriate photo.

Anonymous received a text from this number and I do not know who it is.

Anonymous I don’t recognize the number. I don’t know anyone from that area.

Got a random text from this user asking how I was. They attempt to get information on you without disclosing who they are. Do yourself a favor block this number.

Bob Self identifies as First Gold, a California company. Unethically masquerading as a 252 (Eastern NC telephone number). apparently to entice folks into answering their call by the target thinking they are local in the 252 area. I made this mistake.

Joe - Mobile Android User This number is legit. I have a checking and savings account with a bank called BB&T (***nch, Banking, and Trust). One day I stopped at a gas station to fuel up my automobile and I was going to use my debit card as payment. I swiped my card, the pump prompted me for my zip code, input my zip code, and it said there was an error to go inside and see the cashier. I tried twice more to pay with my debit card, each time having to reinput my zip code and continued to get the error. Frustrated, I left that gas station and drove down the road to find another. Received a call about three minutes after the gas station incident from this number. At first I didn't recognize the number, so I let it go to voicemail. The person calling left a voicemail saying they were with BB&T's fraud department and they saw su****ious activity on my account recently. I called them back and the representative had me confirm my iden***y with my two middle social security numbers and my date of birth. She said they saw my debit card trying to be used three times within minutes that all ended in failure, so they locked my checking account. I confirmed with the representative that a gas station was having trouble reading my card. The representative unlocked the account and said I could continue using my debit card. Very professional and courteous. I'm happy to know my bank has these kinds of people wat****g my money and calls me anytime so****ing su****ious happens.

Called left no message but called right back from 888-880-9247.Left message when called back from 888 #.  This company calls from several different numbers leaving no message but then calls right back from the 888#

I'm having the same issue but I entered to win a gift card on Bed Bath and Beyond's website. I should have known so****ing was up when they asked for my CELL number, but I figured it was a reputable website.
