this number has called my house about 30 times in 2 weeks, saying that it is a collect cellular call.  When they go to give there name it is a bunch of static. I called the phone company to have collect calls blocked but that does not work!

received call today and yes****ay from this number as collect call $9 for 20 min. someone whispers their name.

I got a voice mail message from this number telling me it would cost money to accept the call and giving me the option to **** up before the costs s****ed to run.....
