Received a call 7/22/2022 via my home phone nuber identified with a name only as a****ential owner ( US Coast Guard.), No other identifying information shown other than there have bee 35 searches for the number 253 272 3514. I suspect this is a bogus attempt for unsolicited information or gogus offer.

I have been receiving many calls from this number. When I call back they ask for my phone information

Yes, they are process servers.  They will come more and more and then they increase there tactics. They have yell through the door, spoken to neighbors, and even sat in the drive way yelling the name of the person  on the paperwork and honking their horn many times. DO NOT give any indication you are there or respond in any way, all they need is a person 12 years or older at that address to serve you.  It can be anyone there as long as they get someone to talk to them your served.  By law you are not required to answer the door.  Also, I had three or four people trying to serve my at one point, ( they would come as late as 9:30 or so, especially on weekends.)  Finally, there last effort was to send a cop from the "civil unit" whose job is to serve papers amone other things.  He was very loud shouted through the door calling our last name and identifying himself as a county sheriff. He was there for what seemed like an eternity, he threatened to go to my neighbors, but  just went to a silver unmarked car and turned on his lights and sirens for a minute or two. That happened two weeks in a row and then all of them just stoped for a long while.  They just s****ed there routine a***n in the last few weeks, maybe a new plantiff or an old one with new found vigor.  Bring it on, you arn't serving me!  If they serve you, you will have a judjement they can exicute in a few months, ie. garnish wages, lein on your prperty, or even sell your car at auction and keep the proceeds to satisfy the judjement.  So, what ever you do dont call, answer the door, or communicate in any way with them, (even guests at your place can get your papers served to them, it counts.)  I know I got served once two years ago, I should have known who they were.  Now I got a jugement on me and the only way to get rid of it is to pay or file for bankruptcy.  DONT ANSWER THE DOOR!
