Warning this is a scam. The initial call came from phone# (212) 952-4105 and it then is transferred to the manager at (253) 289-5075 whom is supposedly with the Federal Health and Human Services with a heavy Indian accent. They informed me that I have qualified or have been approved for a grant is offering a grant reward in the amount of 14,******cause which I never applied to. They claimed that I was selected out of a census and reward citizens without a criminal record in the last 3 months. They asked me to confirm my personal information, first and last name, address, and email address which they have. Also,I was asked to provide a debit card or bank account or a prepaid debit card to transfer the funds into. Once gave the debit card info (deactivated card), they wanted me to Walgreens or Walmart and buy a health and human services registration card which confirms my Drivers license number and SSN. So as a way to make sure no one else claims this money. The gentleman tried to sound legit and said his name is Calvin Bow and gave me this address: 701 5th Avenue, Seattle WA (the address is for the fire department) I asked why everyone had a strong Indian accent and Calvin called me a racist. I am not a racist as I too am from another race, but it is an odd call where everyone has the same accent.

Caller identified himself as the a employee with the government. After playing along with his story... He s****ed to curse me and talking very ******. All because I refused to give him the correct info, bahahahaha.

I met someone online. He have me the # 2532896510. He says his name is John Borok. I couldn't find any info online to match age and name.
