Call came in from this number asking for an alternate phone number for a family member. Cited the family member's workplace. No answer when the number is called back.

Aparrently I was behind on my payment even though I have auto pay. He then proceeded with "then why am I calling you?" I was more than willing and able to correct the discrepancy. Everytime I would try to speak so I can get his information he would then raise his voice and interrupt me. I asked for his supervisor, ***ndon Manning, who then calmy and politely settled my case.
